Villa Clara celebrates the 55th anniversary of the Collective Law Firms

The legal professionals of Villa Clara pronounced themselves to improve the Cuban laws and their collective character, at a ceremony held last Wednesday at the Mausoleum to the Front of Las Villas, when celebrating the 55th anniversary of the creation of the Collective Law Firms.

The new economic, social, political and legal context that the country is experiencing with the approval of the new Constitution that offers all guarantees to the Cuban citizens constitutes a challenge for the practice of law while it also demands an excellent legal advice service, said Martha Maria Perez Manso, Provincial Director of the Collective Law Firms.

At the ceremony, the Toga of Honor was given to nine lawyers with long and fruitful careers and a life dedicated to their profession. In addition, the representatives of the judicial system institutions and 64 legal professionals with 20 years or more in the performance of their duties received the 55th Anniversary Commemorative Seal.

On behalf of the decorated ones, the lawyer Ania Chirino Perez, thanked her formation to the Organization of Collective Law Firms (ONBC), while also highlighted the values ​​that should characterize a professional of the Laws and the commitment that comes with the award given.

The ONBC has 194 lawyers in the territory, of which, 99 are specialists in some field of Laws, who have contributed to the training of hundreds of graduates who today swell their ranks, as worthy professionals of the Cuban Justice.
