Labor Collectives of the Food and Fisheries Industry ratified their National Vanguard Status

These days, several labor groups belonging to the Food and Fishing Industry trade union of Villa Clara received the status of national vanguard, a distinguished payroll that includes the bottling plant of Calabazar, in the municipality of Encrucijada, and the Cubanacan Enterprise of Camajuani, which for 36 consecutive years has ratified the status, both belonging to the drinks company of the province.

The Salamina Basic Business Unit, of the Meet Company, also confirmed the same status, recognition that was given to this group at the Monument to the Action against the Armored Train, within the framework of the activities for the celebration of the 330th anniversary of the foundation of the city of Santa Clara.

The solemn meeting, which was held at the Monument to the Action against the Armored Train, was presided over by the officials of the Provincial Committee of the Party, Omar Franco Cruz, and Lazaro Ponce Iglesias, and Vivian Gutierrez Herrera, head of the secretariat of the provincial CTC, and of the Food Industry union and the Fishing, respectively, as well as Gonzalo Carvajal Ramos, director of the Meat Company of Villa Clara, among other guests.
