The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, who is visiting Argentina to attend the inauguration ceremony of the President-elect Alberto Fernandez, paid tribute to the Argentine independence leader Jose de San Martin (1778-1850) on Monday.

The Cuban president, Miguel Diaz-Canel, thanked on Monday in this capital the Argentine businessmen for their perseverance of doing business with the island despite the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States on his country, intensified in the last months.
