Sunday morning, in Caibarién, begin the process of balance of municipal committees of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in Villa Clara, which ends April 15 with the assembly of Santa Clara.
Economic activity in each town center the analysis of these meetings, the agenda for discussion includes two basic issues: the quality of functioning of the Party, and critical evaluation of the progress of the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution in the territories.
Will evaluate the role that currently exercised militants in grassroots organizations and their fighting spirit and political courage to tackle corruption, diversion of resources, double standards, nepotism and softness.
In relation to the improvement of the territorial economy, delegates will reflect on the subjective problems that may affect compliance with the plans and implementing the budget, with emphasis on individual and collective responsibilities, especially those involving the Party itself.
